Our aim is to process your order quickly and efficiently. So, we will be grateful to receive from you:
 
·         Consignee’s name and family name
·         Full address including post code
·         Telephone number
·         Your visit card (or text that the card should read). 

If you wish to enclose a handwritten card, please make sure that it reaches us in time.
You may also fill in the box with the text and we will write the card for you.

How to order
Add to the basket any items you wish to order by clicking 'add to basket'.
If you wish to order on line, fill your basket and click 'checkout'.

Sign in by writing your email address.

Fill in the necessary 'delivery information' (consignee’s name and address, postal code, date of dispatch, packaging information if necessary, card text etc.)
In case you wish to send the same hamper to more than one consignee, you can complete the multiple consignee address ordering form.

Fill in 'payment information'.
Read and accept terms of use, by clicking the appropriate box.

Check all information carefully, make necessary corrections and click ‘confirm order’.

Your order will be reach us and we will email back our confirmation or an alternative proposal, if some of the items ordered are not available.

We will contact you within 48 hours from receipt of order.
In case of urgent orders, please call us to discuss all details on the phone so that we may take immediate action..

If you choose to order by fax, please click ‘My account’ and find the ‘blanc order form’. Fill in the necessary information, and fax the order to us.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
Orders for destinations outside Attica will be delivered within 3 working days by courier service.
 
When the parcel is ready, we phone to make sure that someone will be available to take delivery.
If our courier arrives at the agreed time and finds no one there, he leaves an explanatory card. Then we notify our customer and try to find the best way to deliver the parcel.
Finally, the consignee signs the relevant Delivery Note listing in detail all the items contained in the package. Once this note is signed, Les Connaisseurs is cleared of any responsibility.
 
If our distribution network is forced to repeat the delivery procedure as a result of incomplete or wrong data, we will be obliged to charge our customer accordingly.
 
The choice of packages, trimmings and decoration may change depending on the season.
In case a product is in short supply, we may substitute another product of corresponding value.
 
We kindly ask our customers to place their Christmas, New Year and Easter orders well in advance.
Business firms who plan to send a large number of gifts will take advantage of our excellent service if they place their orders together with the delivery data, about 2 weeks in advance.
 
Deliveries
Our prices include delivery costs to destinations in or near Athens. We will apply a small extra charge for delivery to more distant suburbs for orders of a total value below €100.
All orders are liable to delivery costs in peak periods i.e. Christmas, Easter and days celebrating popular saints, such as St. George, St. John etc. Please contact us in case of doubt.

Payment
Customers may pay for their orders by one of the following methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer to our account. We will process the order on receipt of the relevant Bank document by fax to 210 7251170
- Credit or charge card by phone.
